Question 323: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will take steps to have an application for a visa in respect of a person (details supplied) who wishes to visit this country, immediately expedited, particularly in the context where this person has visited this country for two previous three month stays, during which they abided by all rules and regulations governing the granting of such visas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
