Question 226: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the arrangements she has made to ensure that all imported cigarette packets sold here will conform in regard to the health warning being published in both Irish and English; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [4801/08]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 225 and 226 together.

The costs of the action have not yet been established. In relation to all imported cigarettes conforming to the health warning being published in both Irish and English, it is not anticipated that any difficulties will arise.
