Question 527: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the numbers randomly breath-tested on roads in 2007; the number and percentage of those who were taken to Garda stations for blood or urine testing; the number and percentage of these who were found to be over the blood/alcohol limit; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
