Question 321: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the action he will take in response to the letter he received from a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6 in view of the apparently intransigent and unjust approach being adopted by the Companies Registration Office towards a new business venture; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
