Question 462: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the names of the programmes and schemes operated by his Department which were or continue to be funded in full or in part by the European Union; the amount of funding in each case since Ireland joined the EU; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will be aware, my Department was established in June 2002. Since that date, a number of schemes and programmes have been operated by my Department which were — or continue to be — funded in full or in part by the European Union.

Details of these programmes and schemes and the funding allocated to them since establishment of the Department are outlined below.
