Question 233: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, further to Parliamentary Question No. 505 of 18 December 2007, relating to a report made on an RTÉ production that their investigator was given access to a confidential Garda file (details supplied), if charges have or will be pressed against any Garda in relation to the disclosure given that such disclosures of confidential information to the media risk jeopardising the success of future criminal proceedings.
