Question 1195: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a green card will be renewed in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Galway in view of the fact that the person is in adult education in Galway and has a stamp four visa; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the person concerned should attend at their local Immigration office prior to the expiry date of their current permission to remain to seek an extension of same.
