Question 534: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding funding for refurbishment of an estate (details supplied) in County Limerick including the re-roofing of houses which were constructed by the National Housing Agency in 1974 under the guaranteed order programme in view of the fact that they are substandard, that home insurance is not available and that schemes were introduced elsewhere to improve the standard of similarly built houses.
