Question 44: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a centre (details supplied) has received no additional funding since it received grant funding of €50,000 and is no longer able to finance its facility; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The group concerned received a special grant payment of €50,000 in 2006 on the clear understanding that it was a "one off" payment to enable the organisation to establish itself on a firmer footing. I have nothing further to add by way of response.
