Question 104: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance if he will make contact with the Chief State Solicitor's Office to process an application to waiver the State's claim under section 73 of the Succession Act 1965 for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo, where the applicant has been informed by the Property Registration Authority that their application will be abandoned within 21 days if the application for waiver is not processed. I understand from the Chief State Solicitor's Office that it has been in correspondence with the applicant's solicitor and expects to submit the matter to my Department very shortly. I can assure the Deputy that this matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
