Question 195: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the value of commercial rates and of local authority development levies; and the value of motor taxation raised in each of the years 2005, 2006 and the estimates for 2007 and 2008 which have been used by his Department in planning the financial demands of the local authority sector.
