I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that an application by the person concerned for residence in the State based on EU Treaty Rights was received on 8th August 2007. Applications based on EU Treaty Rights are currently being processed within the six month time frame allowed. A decision will issue to the applicant in due course.
