An application under the 2007 Single Payment Scheme / Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on the 17 April 2007. Following processing of this application, it was found that some land parcels claimed by the person named were also the subject of a scheme application by another applicant. While the person named has responded to an earlier query concerning two dual-claimed parcels, a reply is awaited to a further query concerning three dual-claimed parcels, which were identified after the initial query was issued. On receipt of a reply from the person named, the application will immediately be further processed.
