The Employment Permits Section of my Department informs me that there is no record of a valid application having been received in respect of this person. Applications made under the Spousal/Dependent Scheme receive preferential treatment over normal employment permit applications. Applications are fee exempt, the ineligible job categories list does not apply and there is no advertising requirement.

Presently, applicants should allow about 22 working days for the processing of applications under the Spousal/Dependant scheme.
