Question 261: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that patients who opt for and receive treatment under the National Treatment Purchase Fund are only entitled to two visits to a consultant and then must pay the private treatment rate as in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
