Question 204: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the procedure to be followed in order to regularise the position of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who has spent two years here on a visiting/student visa in the care of a sibling who has residency status, both of whom wish to remain here; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand the Immigration Division of my Department has recently been in contact with the person concerned requesting documentation. On receipt of the requested documentation, the application will be further considered.
