Question 138: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance if a vehicle which has been purchased in the UK on which vehicle registration tax was paid at the time if purchase, would be eligible for a refund of VRT when it is traded in in the UK for a replacement vehicle; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
