Question 390: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if, in view of the long delay in proceeding with a project following agreement reached between Dublin City Council and Waterways Ireland (details supplied), he will intervene to expedite the delivery of the contracts for sale, as the price has been agreed and the tenders are ready; if he will ensure that the development, which has been delayed for over a year, will begin without further delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
