Question 92: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if she has received a report from the Health Service Executive on the inquiry it ordered into the circumstances in which a person (details supplied) was allowed to hold a sensitive position despite having a conviction for indecent assault in another jurisdiction; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have not yet received the report that the Deputy refers to. However, the HSE has assured me that the Inquiry being undertaken on behalf of the HSE by Mr Conal Devine is proceeding to plan. I understand that Mr Devine is receiving full cooperation from all parties involved.
