Question 193: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the measures she will put in place to remove the discrepancies in relation to farm families that will see the provisions of the new nursing home subvention scheme impact adversely, both in relation to direct and deferred charges on such families, as there is no cap on deferred charges on fixed assets other than private residences such as land; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
