The correct e-mail address for sending correspondence to my Department is info@education.gov.ie. Staff in my Department then refer the correspondence to the person dealing with the particular query. Details of the e-mail address received from the Deputy reveal that the incorrect e-mail address was used and consequently the e-mails referred to by the Deputy were incapable of being delivered. The application referred to by the Deputy has been processed.
