Question 419: To ask the Minister for Education and Science if her attention has been drawn to the fact that two e-mail inquiries from this Deputy to an officer of her Department (details supplied) have failed to elicit a reply in relation to the incremental credit entitlement of a person in County Wexford; if she will arrange to provide the information requested without further delay; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The correct e-mail address for sending correspondence to my Department is info@education.gov.ie. Staff in my Department then refer the correspondence to the person dealing with the particular query. Details of the e-mail address received from the Deputy reveal that the incorrect e-mail address was used and consequently the e-mails referred to by the Deputy were incapable of being delivered. The application referred to by the Deputy has been processed.
