Question 157: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Gardaí have concluded their investigations initiated as a result of a complaint made by the Secretary General of his Department into the alleged leaking of a draft copy of a report (details supplied); if a file has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the Director of Public Prosecutions has directed a prosecution in this matter and a person is currently before the Courts charged with offences contrary to sections 37 and 50 of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.
