Question 172: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position of a residency application by a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; if his Department has dealt with the matter as determined by the High Court; the reason the applicant has not as yet received all of the information that they supplied to his Department that they have requested to be returned; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my previous reply to parliamentary question ref: 20276/07 dated 26th September 2007 regarding the person in question. I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that a final decision has issued to the person concerned.
