Question 1010: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if or when family reunification in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be approved, in view of the fact that all the documentation has been furnished; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that an application for family reunification under Section 18 of the Refugee Act 1996 by the person in question was made in July 2005. Following the receipt of additional documentation, this application is under consideration by my Department and a decision will issue in due course.
