Question 397: To ask the Minister for Health and Children if she will investigate concerns that a product (details supplied) marketed at young children is damaging to health and sold in identical bottles to alcopops thus acting as a springboard to the use of alcopops; the action she will take in relation to same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department has asked the Food Safety Authority of Ireland to look into the matter raised by the Deputy to ensure that the consumer is not being misled and that there are no food safety issues involved.
