Question 200: To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the person, in respect of all major capital projects, taking responsibility for the project; if any of the projects have displayed cost overruns or delays; and if so, the projects concerned. [19168/07]

The following major capital projects, which exceed the total cost of €30 million, are ongoing in my Department:
