I understand that Dr. Jim Port has had a series of meetings with a range of interested parties and is currently finalising a report of his preliminary examination of the case put forward by Waterford Institute of Technology for a review of its status. Dr. Port will submit his report to me as soon as he has completed it. I expect to receive it in the coming weeks. I will consider what further action to take when I have received it.
