Question 340: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will ask the Garda authorities if alcohol is served through a window hatch to persons on the public footpath on match days by any licensed premises on the Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9; if this practice is permissible; if action is taken; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to inform the Deputy that, due to technical difficulties in the Oireachtas Questions Office, the Deputy's question was not received in my Department in sufficient time to obtain a report from the Garda authorities. I will contact the Deputy again as soon as the report is to hand.
