Question 190: To ask the Taoiseach if relatives of the victims of the Dublin and Monaghan bombings have sought voluntary disclosure of certain documents from the commission of investigation into the 1974 bombings which are in the custody of his Department; if the documents will be made available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The voluntary disclosure of certain documents amassed by the Commission of Investigation into the Dublin and Monaghan Bombings is subject to ongoing legal proceedings. It would, therefore, be inappropriate for me to comment on the issue.
