The person concerned has permission to remain in the State on student conditions until 30th September 2007. In order to take up employment in the State a prospective employer must first obtain a work permit in respect of him. The issuing of Work Permits is a matter for the Work Regulations Division of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Davitt House, Adelaide Rd., Dublin 2. In the event that a work permit is issued in respect of him, he should then return to his local Immigration Office with the original work permit to have the appropriate permission endorsed on his documents.
