Question 114: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a person from the Philippines who is working in England and wants to come here to visit their sister who is married to an Irishman and living here; the way they can apply for a holiday visa; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
