Question 662: To ask the Minister for Transport if he has received correspondence from a group (details supplied) in relation to difficulties with punctuality, overcrowding and evening time-gap of trains, parking and access to the station, car parking fees, feeder buses and station facilities on the rail service between Sallins, Naas and Dublin city; his plans to address these concerns at an early date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have received the correspondence referred to. As the issues raised therein are operational matters my Department has asked Iarnród Éireann to respond directly to the group.
