Question 121: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the distress, anxiety and hardship being suffered in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 whose child has many serious special needs; if he will use his discretionary powers to offer temporary residency status entitling them to travel documentation or green card with a view to compliance with requirements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
