Question 206: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if, in relation to the number of passports issued in the passports for investment scheme, his Department has monitored the passport holders or investors to determine if they acted or are acting within the guidelines of the scheme; if the terms of investments made relative to the scheme have been complied with; if his Department continues to monitor the guidelines to ensure compliance; if difficulty has emerged relative to the scheme or investments; if his Department has a role in resolving such issues where they relate to a breach in the guidelines; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
