Question 37: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the action he will take following the recommendation from the Joint Committee on Arts, Sport, Tourism, Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs that the Criminal Assets Bureau should be able to take possession of pubs and clubs in which drugs are repeatedly sold; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The recommendation, which was made in a Report of the Committee published last month, along with the other recommendations made by the Committee which affect my Department, are being examined in my Department.
