Question 661: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if the Government informed the European Commission that Ireland already upholds the rights enshrined in the Aarhus Convention and EU Directive 2003/35, which require a review of administrative decisions by public bodies which is timely and not prohibitively expensive through the system of judicial review in the High Court here, and that additional legislation is unnecessary; and if so, if the Government continues to stand by this position.
