Question 118: To ask the Minister for Transport if he has met with the Dublin Transportation Office regarding their alleged suggestion that Dublin City Council should extend its plan to ban fast-food outlets and mobile phone shops on Grafton Street to include neighbouring areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have not had any communication with the DTO regarding this matter. The issue in question relates to planning and development, and such issues fall within the remit of my colleague, the Minister for Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
