Question 117: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of Gardaí per head of population in Counties Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford; the number of Garda stations in those counties staffed 24 hours a day; the breakdown of the figures including the number of Garda stations in each county; and if stab vests are available to Gardaí in the same counties.
