Question 375: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if the availability of high quality mobile telephony to date, is in accordance with the economic projections in the national development plan with particular reference to the achievement of 100% service in all areas throughout the country; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
