Question 109: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of the residency application of a person (details supplied); the reason for the delay in this case in view of the six month requirement to process residency applications for families of EU citizens; if the decision can be expedited and the applicant's documents returned to them immediately as they wish to travel to El Salvador to visit a gravely ill family member.
