Question 990: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the services and facilities available to persons with a hearing disability who wish to phone his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10952/07]

No specific facilities are currently in place which would enable a person with a hearing disability to make a phone call to the Department: my Department will, however, investigate the feasibility of providing such facilities.
