The Malin Sewerage Scheme is approved for funding in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2005-2007 under the Rural Towns and Villages Initiative. I have approved a Construction Stage Budget for this scheme and in accordance with the streamlined approval procedures I have introduced for schemes costing up to €5 million, Donegal County Council can now advance the scheme to construction without further reference to my Department.
