Question 460: To ask the Minister for Education and Science when she expects the Chief State Solicitor to complete deliberations on the transfer of title for the proposed site for a school (details supplied) in County Meath in view of the ongoing pressure on primary school places in east Meath. The Chief State Solicitor's Office is currently examining title to the property in question and is in consultation with Counsel on the matter. I am not in a position at the present time to indicate when the deliberations will be complete. The Chief State Solicitor's Office is however aware of the urgency of the matter.
