The position is that an application for the Transfer of Entitlements under the 2006 Single Payment Scheme to the person named was submitted on the 28th August 2006.

This application has been rejected as the entitlements were already transferred to the person named by way of an Administrative Transfer in 2005. Payment in respect of 32.96 entitlements issued on the 1st of March 2007.
