Question 210: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will request a report from the Garda authorities on the issues raised in the correspondence (details supplied); and the action the Garda Síochána are taking to give protection to the residents concerned to curtail the intimidation, malicious damage and anti-social behaviour; the reason this policing issue is unresolved; and the reason Gardaí referred residents to this Deputy on a policing issue.
