Question 502: To ask the Minister for Education and Science if her attention has been drawn to the dispute between lecturers and students on the one hand and the management of Dundalk IT on the other regarding clamping of students' and lecturers' vehicles and the provision of parking spaces in an area short of local public transport; the powers she has to intervene in such a situation; if she will write to the Governors of the college asking for real dialogue between the parties concerned to begin to help sort out a small problem but one which is causing much outrage and risks leading to industrial action.
