Question 85: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of missing persons whose files remain under investigation by An Garda Síochána; if he will provide details of the unsolved missing persons cases; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6439/07]

It has not been possible in the time available for the Garda authorities to supply the details requested by the Deputy. I will be in contact with the Deputy when the information is to hand.
