Question 194: To ask the Minister for Education and Science when the Office of Public Works will purchase a site which is available from Limerick City Council in order that an extension can be built to accommodate the needs of a school (details supplied) in Limerick; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works is currently negotiating with the Department of Defence on the acquisition of a strip of land that is required to facilitate a building project at the Limerick Model School. The outcome of these negotiations will determine the need for consultation with the local authority on other lands.
