Question 234: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a review on an application for family reunification will be completed in relation to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; if, in view of the fact that the reason for refusal has been addressed and the persons concerned have been married face to face, on 10 October 2006, he will process the appeal as soon as possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the review of the Family Reunification application of the person in question was recently completed. A decision on the application has issued to the legal representatives of the person concerned.
