I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the number of new off licences granted in Dublin for the Licensing year 2005 and 2006 are as follows:

2005 (1 Oct. 2004-30 Sept. 2005) was 71.

2006 (1 Oct. 2005-30 Sept. 2006) was 62.
